All t-shirts are Bella Canvas brand adult unisex sizes. Sweatshirts are gildan I recommend getting the size you'd normally wear in women's sizes. I'm 5'6" 136 lbs and 36C. I normally wear a medium and I wear a medium in this shirt as well.
